In the blogosphere again

Hey! Do you guys remember me? It's been a while, huh? I seriously meant to write, but the past weeks have been somewhat complicated, what with flying to Argentina for the weekend and such...

I survived though. And I'm still profitting from my classes at Stella, and getting to know my awesome classmates and teachers better. I'm learning so much and having a wonderful time! So much so, that before this adventure comes to a close, I'm already planning the next one: I'm applying for the Conservatory here at Adler. If I were accepted and found finance for this new manifestation of my madness, I would move to NYC for the next 2 years, starting on January 2011. It's still a far fetched possibility, but it sounds pretty good, huh?

So, in practical terms, this means that aside from my new Chekhov scene, I'm preparing 2 new audition speeches (one Shakespeare, one Tennessee Williams)... for asap. I love both of them, and they both resonate with me, so I know I can do a good job. So my last 2 weeks here in NYC (can't believe my trip is almost over) will find me EXTRA busy.

On a different note, I can't quite express my gratefulness to my classmates and teachers for making my time at Adler so productive, inspiring, and fun, and for making me feel so welcome. And even when there's lots of people in Argentina I'm dying to see, I'm gonna have trouble taking the plane back!
